A house in Glen Iris, Melbourne was burgled on 25 July 2014. Amongst the many stolen possessions was a Nelson Oliver, 1918 violin, which Andre Rieu had signed. The maker’s label and year was written inside the violin and the violin itself featured a traditional flamed pattern.
